Fun, Food, and First John

Wednesdays, July 9 and 23, 6:30 p.m.  |  Saron Lutheran Church

This July you’re invited for food, fun, and fascinating, five-star and five-chapter discussion on the letter of First John—and maybe a quick foray into Second and Third John. Come for potluck dinner followed by Evening Prayer and the Bible study. 

First John is thought to be a “sermon” about love, joy, and truth versus deception, harshness and the idea of the anti-christ.

Also to think about:  

Love without truth = sentimentality.  

Truth without love = harshness.

The basis of all = God is love.

So come with a dish to share (or just come) and eat and worship and study and chat.
