You're invited to In-Person Summer Worship, this Sunday, August 16, 8:30 a.m on the lawn at Saron! AND Online—Facebook Live.
Downloadable bulletin here. If you come to in-person worship . . .
Bring your own chair if possible and find a shady spot on the lawn at least 6 feet from people not in your household. Church chairs are also available.
We will worship outside entirely. The bathrooms will be aired out and available if needed.
Wear a mask. Extras will be available. Leaders may remove them for speaking, but will increase distance.
Use hand sanitizer. It will be provided.
Refrain from hand-shaking or hugging. Even if no one’s looking, it’s risky. :)
Check yourself for any flu or cold-like symptoms. Watch from home if you are quarantined.
We won’t have communion for the sake of cleanliness and simplicity.
Limit lingering.
An offering plate will be on a separate stand for church and noisy offerings. (Food Bank)
Gathering with other people always carries some risk for contracting COVID- 19. Being outside, in small groups, wearing masks and keeping distance continues to be considered on the low-side of risk. Please balance your in-person worship attendance with your own concerns and comfort level.
